Our No Busy Signal Guarantee

IwayNet guarantees that at no time will you receive a BUSY SIGNAL on our 288/336 access number due to insufficient lines. If you are unable to connect IwayNet for a period of 10 minutes because you are receiving a busy signal we will credit 2 weeks to your subscription.

Simply call our voice number and let us know what your login name is and exactly when you were unable to connect due to a busy signal. Please keep in mind that this does not include scheduled down time for maintenance or temporary conditions. We notify all our users via E-mail concerning maintenance events several days in advance.
